Any company wishing to install the 'PHOENIX CONVERSION SYSTEM' would have to have a valid NSM registered under their own company to be able to complete the installation and have the conversion recognised by the Ministry of Transport of Ontario (MTO) as out lined in HTA Reg. 413/05. (HTA Reg 413/05 Sect. 13. (4))
